Google Ads managed by an operator, not an account manager.

We run Google Ads the way we run it on our own businesses, because that is exactly what we have done for 10+ years. This is our ongoing management offer: we take the account, work it week to week, and report to you like an owner. Founder Itay Binyamin leads every engagement. Part of our Google PPC practice, based in Fort Lauderdale and serving South Florida.

Chapter 01

What this page is, and what it is not

Three different PPC offers live on this site. Pick the right one.

This page is the ongoing management offer. We take your Google Ads account, run it week to week, and report to you like an owner. If what you need is a one-time inspection with written findings, that is our Google Ads audit. If an audit already found the waste and you want it implemented once and handed back, that is our wasted-spend fix engagement.

Management is for the owner who does not want to run ads as a side job. You have a business to run. The account needs a human reading it every week, not a dashboard you glance at once a month.

Chapter 02

What management actually covers

The unglamorous weekly work that moves the number. This is the job.

  • Weekly search term review, spend ranked highest first, negatives added before waste repeats.
  • Bid and strategy management: realistic targets for the budget, no strategy roulette every two weeks.
  • Geography, schedule, and device checks so spend lands where your customers are.
  • Conversion tracking hygiene: what counts, what double counts, what is lying to Google.
  • Landing page testing, because the ads are usually fine and the page is where money dies.
  • Budget reallocation from campaigns that look busy to campaigns that drive revenue.
  • A monthly owner-level report and call. Plain language, the numbers that matter, what changed and why.
Chapter 03

The verticals we know cold

We manage ads for businesses we understand. Two verticals, real proof.

Home services

Garage doors, plumbing, handyman work. We know the economics: high intent searches, emergency calls, after-hours clicks that never convert, and competitors bidding on your brand. We have driven a garage door company to more than $45,000 a month with a full-time dispatcher hired, brought cost per click down 25 percent while conversion rate rose 13 percent for a plumbing company, and built a steady weekly flow of local jobs for a South Florida handyman.

Automotive

Car buying is a lead business with thin margins and brutal competition. We rebuilt the Google PPC program for a junk car operation from the ground up. Result: more than 3,000 cars bought in a year, with operations and profit up 4x. If you run a dealership, a car buyer, or any automotive service, we already speak your funnel.

Outside these two verticals, we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit. We do not learn your industry on your budget.

Chapter 04

How an engagement runs

Five steps, then the account is in our hands and off your plate.

01

You apply. A short application and an honest conversation about your spend, your funnel, and your goals.

02

We read the account. Read-only access first, sixty to ninety days of data. You get our straight read before anything is signed.

03

The plan. What we would fix first, what we would test, what we expect. In writing, before we touch a setting.

04

We run it. Weekly work on the account, monthly report and call. You see everything we do and why.

05

We keep it improving. Management is compounding: each month the data gets cleaner and the decisions get sharper.

Chapter 05

Who this is for, and who it is not for

An honest filter. Management is not the right first step for everyone.

This is for you if

  • You spend real money on Google Ads and want an operator running it, not a dashboard you ignore.
  • You are in home services or automotive and want someone who already knows your economics.
  • You want plain-language reporting and a monthly call, not a PDF of charts nobody reads.
  • You are done with agencies that report clicks while the phones stay quiet.

This is not for you if

  • Your budget is small enough that our fee would eat the margin. Start with the audit instead.
  • You want set-and-forget. We do not run accounts we are not allowed to touch and test.
  • You just want advice on what to do. That is consulting, not management, and we will say so.
Chapter 06

Questions

Straight answers, before you apply.

The audit is a one-time inspection: written findings, a prioritized fix list, and a wasted-spend estimate. Management is the ongoing offer: we run the account week to week, make the changes, and keep it improving. Many clients start with an audit so the management begins from a clean baseline, but the two are separate engagements.

Always. You grant us standard manager access from your own Google login. The account, the data, and the history stay yours, and you can revoke our access at any time. We never hold your account hostage.

Founder Itay Binyamin leads every engagement. He has run Google Ads on his own businesses for over a decade, including the junk car operation that bought more than 3,000 cars in a year off a Google PPC rebuild. This is not handed to a junior account manager.

Honestly, maybe not yet. Management pays for itself when your spend is large enough that a few points of efficiency move real money. If your budget is modest, the audit is the smarter first step: it finds the waste, you or your team fix it, and you come back to management when you scale.

Yes. We see the current account in read-only first, give you an honest read, then take over management with a transition plan so nothing breaks mid-flight. Your ad history and quality scores stay intact because the account never moves.

Your competitors are bidding on your keywords right now.

Apply for an honest conversation about your account, your spend, and whether management makes sense.
