Email pricing, minus the games.

You will not find a pricing table on this page. That is deliberate, not an oversight. B2B email engagements vary too widely for a published number to mean anything, and agencies that publish one are either selling you a cookie-cutter package or planning to upsell you later. Here is how our economics actually work, what shapes the onboarding fee, and how to get a real number.

How it works

Three ways to engage us

Every email engagement we do fits one of these shapes. Pick the one that matches your situation:

  • Campaign build. A one-time project. We do the strategy, write the copy, build the sequences, set up the infrastructure and authentication, and hand you a working system your team runs. Best when you have someone in-house to operate it.
  • Managed outreach. We run it ongoing: sending, deliverability monitoring, copy testing, list refreshes, and reporting. You see the pipeline, not the plumbing. Best when you want email to produce meetings without becoming your second job.
  • Deliverability fix. A diagnostic and remediation engagement for teams whose email has stopped working. Authentication, reputation, list hygiene, content, fixed in priority order. Often the necessary first step before either model above.

Campaign builds and deliverability fixes are scoped projects with a defined end. Managed outreach is an ongoing engagement. None of them carry the kind of lock-in that needs a lawyer to escape. If the work stops producing, either side walks.

Every engagement starts with a startup onboarding fee. The number depends on three things: your industry, your niche, and where the company stands today. A single niche with a clean domain is one starting point; multiple segments on a damaged domain is another. For projects and operators we believe in, the onboarding fee can be waived. Ongoing work carries a profit share on the growth the campaigns create: when your pipeline grows, we share in it. When it does not, we do not.

What shapes it

What shapes the onboarding fee

When we quote an email engagement, these are the levers that set the number. Knowing them helps you scope smartly:

  • Data complexity. One niche with one buyer title is simple. Five niches, three titles each, with company-size and geography filters, is a data project. The targeting drives the list build.
  • Copy depth. A three-touch sequence with light personalization is one thing. Multi-sequence campaigns with real personalization per segment, tested and iterated, is another. Copy is where most cheap email fails.
  • Volume. How many prospects per month, how many touches, how many inboxes in rotation. Volume drives infrastructure and management load.
  • Deliverability state. A clean domain with history is ready to go. A damaged domain needs repair before a single campaign launches, and that repair is its own engagement.
  • Build versus run. Handing you a system your team operates costs less than us operating it for you, month after month. The tradeoff is your team's time and attention.

Notice what is not on the list: per-email pricing. Email is not postage. Charging per email sent rewards volume over results, which is exactly the incentive structure that fills spam folders. We price the system and the outcome, not the send button.

What we won't do

What you will not get from us

The email industry has a pricing playbook we refuse to run:

  • No "starter package" priced to get you in the door, with the real work quoted later
  • No per-lead pricing that incentivizes junk replies to hit a quota
  • No annual contracts signed before the first campaign has run
  • No scraped, non-compliant lists passed off as "verified data"
  • No guaranteed open rates or reply rates. Anyone who guarantees those is lying to you.

We run email for our own portfolio businesses. The same infrastructure standards, the same copy discipline, the same deliverability monitoring. If a model would not make sense for our own money, we do not sell it to you. And the context for all of it: we aren't a marketing company. The marketing services we offer are just for our partner clients. If your emails are currently going to spam, start with our deliverability diagnosis before anything else. Launching campaigns on a broken domain is how budgets die.

How it starts

How to get a real number

The application is a short conversation, not a sales process. Come ready to talk through:

  • Who you are trying to reach, and how many of them exist
  • Whether you have a list, a domain with history, or are starting from zero
  • Whether your team will run the system or you want us to run it
  • What a qualified meeting is actually worth to your business

From that, we quote a real scope with a real number. If email is not the right channel for what you are selling, we will tell you that too. We would rather lose a bad-fit engagement than run a campaign we know will underperform.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Because the engagement depends on your industry, your niche, and where the company stands today. A one-time campaign build for a single niche and an ongoing managed program across multiple segments are different economics. A published number would be fiction, so we quote from a real conversation instead.

A campaign build is a one-time project: strategy, copy, sequences, infrastructure, and handoff to your team to run. Managed outreach is us running it ongoing: sending, monitoring deliverability, testing copy, and reporting results. Builds are for teams with in-house capacity; managed is for teams that want it done for them.

Every engagement starts with a startup onboarding fee, shaped by your industry, your niche, and where the company stands today. For projects and operators we believe in, the fee can be waived. Ongoing work carries a profit share on the growth the campaigns create. In deeper partnerships, equity or royalty structures are on the table.

Yes, we build targeted prospect lists as part of most engagements. Data is scoped by niche, title, company size, and geography, verified before it enters a sequence. You can also bring your own list, and we will tell you honestly whether it is clean enough to use.

Campaign builds and deliverability fixes are one-time projects with a defined end. Managed outreach is month to month in spirit: if the campaigns stop producing, either of us can walk away. We would rather earn the renewal than lock it in.

Your industry and niche, where the company stands today (your list, your domain health, your team capacity), the number of niches and sequences, copy and personalization depth, sending volume, and whether you need us to run it or just build it. The application conversation covers all of it in minutes.

We insist on it. Launching campaigns on a damaged domain is how money gets burned. If our diagnosis finds deliverability problems, we fix them first, then launch. See our deliverability fix page for the full process.

No. We aren't a marketing company. The marketing services we offer are just for our partner clients.
