Prospect data, built for outreach that converts.
Every outreach campaign is only as good as the list it runs on. Bad data burns domains, wastes copy, and fills pipelines with people who were never buyers. We build targeted, verified prospect lists with compliance handled from the start. Here is how the economics work, what shapes the onboarding fee, and the lines we will not cross.
Two ways to buy data
Depending on whether you run outreach yourself or want us to run it:
- Standalone lists. A built, verified prospect list delivered with a verification report and suppression file. You run it through your own team, platform, or agency. Best when you have outreach capacity in-house and just need the targeting done right.
- Data inside managed outreach. The list build is part of an ongoing email program we run for you: targeting, verification, refreshes, and suppression all handled as part of the engagement. Best when you want the whole machine, not just the fuel.
Standalone lists are scoped projects with a defined deliverable. Managed data is continuous: scheduled refreshes keep the list alive as people change jobs and companies change shape. Data decays fast, and a list that was perfect in January is a liability by summer.
Standalone list builds carry a startup onboarding fee. The fee depends on your industry, your niche, and where the company stands today: how sharp the targeting needs to be and how hard your buyers are to find. For projects and operators we believe in, the fee can be waived. When the data feeds a managed outreach engagement, the economics follow the partnership model: an onboarding fee plus a profit share on the growth the outreach creates.
What shapes the onboarding fee
Prospect data is not a commodity. These are the levers that set the quote:
- Targeting depth. Industry plus geography is simple. Industry, company size, tech stack, growth signals, specific titles, and exclusion criteria is a research project. The sharper the targeting, the more work the build takes.
- List size. Larger lists cost more to build and verify, but the per-record economics improve with scale. We will tell you honestly when your niche is too small to support the targeting you want.
- Verification level. Basic email validity checks versus deep verification: title matching, company matching, bounce-risk screening, and manual spot checks. Deeper verification costs more and performs better. There is no free lunch in data quality.
- Refresh cadence. A one-time list versus monthly or quarterly refreshes. Ongoing programs keep the data alive; one-time lists have a shelf life, and we will tell you what it is.
- Compliance handling. Suppression files, opt-out infrastructure, and do-not-contact management built in. This is part of the product, not an add-on.
The cheapest list is the most expensive mistake in outreach. A bargain list full of dead addresses and wrong titles will damage your sender reputation, and repairing that damage costs multiples of what good data would have cost. We price for data that works, not data that ships.
The lines we will not cross
The data industry has a dark side. We stay on the clean side of it:
- No scraped lists. We do not sell data harvested in violation of platform terms or privacy law, no matter how cheap it would be.
- No "10 million verified contacts" fantasy databases. Absurd volume claims are how junk data gets sold.
- No lists without documented sourcing. Every list ships with its sourcing approach explained, so you know what you are buying.
- No compliance as an upsell. Opt-out handling and suppression are built into every list, because outreach without them is a liability.
- No guaranteed conversion from data alone. Data is the targeting, not the sale. The copy, the offer, and the follow-up still have to do their jobs.
We build data the way we would want it built for our own outreach: targeted to real buyers, verified before it touches a sequence, and compliant from the first record. If you are running campaigns on a list of unknown origin, the honest move is to replace it, and we will tell you that directly. The context for all of it: we aren't a marketing company. The marketing services we offer are just for our partner clients. Pair good data with our managed email outreach and the whole machine runs clean.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on targeting depth, list size, verification level, refresh cadence, and where you stand today: your industry, your niche, and how hard your buyers are to find. A simple single-niche list costs far less than a multi-segment build with custom filters and ongoing refreshes. We quote from a real conversation about what you need the data to do.
From legitimate compiled and licensed sources, verified and cross-checked before delivery. We do not sell scraped lists, and we do not sell data we cannot stand behind. Every list ships with its sourcing approach documented.
Every list includes opt-out handling, and we build suppression into the outreach workflow: do-not-contact records are respected across campaigns. Compliance is part of the data product, not a separate upsell.
We verify before delivery: email validity, title and company matching, and bounce-risk screening. No dataset is perfect, so we tell you the verification level of what you are buying and replace records that fail verification checks.
Yes. Data decays, people change jobs and companies change shape. Ongoing programs include scheduled refreshes so your outreach keeps hitting real people at real companies, not last year's org chart.
Both. Some clients buy lists to run through their own teams or platforms, and some buy data as part of a managed email engagement. Standalone lists ship with verification reports and suppression files; managed engagements get the data built into the program.
No. We aren't a marketing company. The marketing services we offer are just for our partner clients.
