Who we partner with, and who we don't.

Partnership is our highest-commitment offer, so the filter is strict. This page states it plainly: the industries we know, the owner profile that thrives, what we bring to the table, and the disqualifiers that save everyone a wasted call.

Chapter 01

The industries we know

We partner where we have operator experience, not where the pitch deck is prettiest.

Our proof lives in local, service-based businesses with real demand we can reach and real operations we can improve. That includes automotive: we rebuilt the Google PPC program for a junk car operation that went on to buy more than 3,000 cars in a year, with operations and profit up 4x. It includes home services: a garage door company doing more than $45,000 a month with a full-time dispatcher hired, a plumbing company with cost per click down 25 percent and conversion rate up 13 percent, and a South Florida handyman with a steady weekly flow of local jobs.

It also includes a dental practice we helped restructure for real growth, and a real estate brokerage that closed 13 rentals and 1 sale in its first iMessage round. The pattern: local businesses, real customers, demand we can reach on Google and other channels, operations we can sharpen. If your business looks like that, we speak your language.

Chapter 02

The owner profile

Partnerships are won or lost on the owner. Here is who thrives in one.

  • Owner-operator. You are in the business, not above it. Decisions happen with you, fast.
  • Honest about the numbers. Real books, real margins, real problems. We cannot underwrite what we cannot see.
  • Open to operational change. We do not just touch the ads. If the phones are not answered, if the follow-up is slow, if the pricing is wrong, we will say so, and we will expect it fixed.
  • Available. A partnership is a relationship. If there is no time for it, there is no partnership.
  • Skin in the game. You are invested in the outcome, not shopping for someone to carry it for you.
Chapter 03

What we bring

Capital, operators, and the full marketing engine. Not advice.

  • Our own capital deployed alongside yours, with incentives aligned on the outcome.
  • Operators embedded in the business, not consultants visiting once a quarter.
  • The full growth engine we use on our own portfolio: Google PPC, B2B email, iMessage campaigns, web, Marketplace operations, targeted data, and creative.
  • Systems thinking: we fix the funnel, the follow-up, and the operations behind the marketing.

The mix depends on the business. That is what the evaluation process determines: how we evaluate.

Chapter 04

Who we do not partner with

The disqualifiers, stated plainly so nobody wastes a call.

  • Advice shoppers. If you just want someone to tell you what to do, that is consulting, and it is the right door for you. Partnership is not advice.
  • Vendor shoppers. If you want a fee-for-service provider you can direct, hire an agency. Partners are not vendors.
  • Ideas without a business. We partner with operating businesses: real customers, real revenue, real operations. A pitch deck is not a business yet.
  • Hidden books. If the numbers are not on the table, there is nothing to underwrite and nothing to discuss.
  • Slow or absent owners. If decisions take weeks and the owner is unreachable, a partnership cannot function.
Chapter 05

What happens next

Apply, talk, evaluate. In that order.

The application is short. The first conversation is honest: we will tell you whether there is a fit or not, and if not, which door is right for you instead. If there is a fit, we run the evaluation and then talk structure. Read how we evaluate partnerships and the economics before you apply, so the first call is productive.

Chapter 06

Questions

Straight answers, before you apply.

No fixed number. We underwrite the business, not a threshold: real customers, real operations, real economics we can read. A small healthy business with honest books beats a large messy one every time.

That is where we are strongest: we are based in Fort Lauderdale and our operator network is local. Businesses in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach are the natural fit. For the right business outside the area, apply and we will say straight whether the distance works.

You apply, we have an honest conversation, and if there is a fit we run our evaluation process: the numbers, the operations, the owner. Read how we evaluate partnerships for the full picture.

Deal terms are custom to each partnership and written down before anything moves. The economics page explains how we think about structure. No templates, no handshake deals.

No. Agencies execute channels; partners own outcomes. Many partnerships keep existing vendors while we handle the growth engine, the capital, and the operators. We will tell you honestly whether the current setup helps or hurts.

Think you fit? Prove it in one page.

Short application, honest first conversation. If it is not a fit, we will tell you which door is.
